In an interview with Yang Yuanqing, CEO and Group chairman For Lenovo told Reuters that the company’s business will not affect its smartphone business on the mainland.

Speaking after the company released its profit return for the year through March, Yang said that “the company will maintain its Lenovo-Motorola dual brand strategy for its mobile business despite of growing loss.

The statement came after the time, when there was a gossip between business experts were growing on, “Will lenovo will stop its mobile production after a buying Motorola and being in a huge loss for a year in mobile business.”

Replying to all those questions, Yang said that “We will never phase out lenovo phone.”
