Facebook expands fundraising tools that require users to make money for their friends and for paying for education, medical or other expenses from strangers.
Since March, the company is testing a similar tool to online fund-raising services just like GoFundMe.
With the latest update, sports and community added donation annexes as options. It is also possible to collect medical expenses for pets, crisis, funeral, and a number of other categories.
To access Fcaebook’s new fund raising feature all you need to do is search for Fundraising tools on menu bar or by visiting at facebook.com/fundraisers on the desktop.
Facebook announced that it would review all funder’s within 24 hours. Payment is charged 6.9% plus 30 cents for review and security.
