According to the sources Twitter Head for Diversity and inclusion Jeffrey Siminoff is leaving the Twitter by next month.

In an note issued to it’s company employees by CEO of Twitter Jack Dorsey, giving a statement for the exit of Siminoff according to the sources close with the situation. The internal messaging around Siminoff was that he is leaving Twitter for his own personal reason, the sources said.

Twitter hired Siminoff from Apple Inc, where he was a director of worldwide diversity and inclusion, to replace Janet Van Huysse as a VP of diversity and integration.

The Exit of Siminoff came as soon after, Twitter has submitted its 2016 diversity report, which reported, Twitter has been making some progress over the recruitment inadequately represented minorities. But the reason behind Siminoff exits is still unclear.

The departure of Siminoff is not surprising as we have seen number of departures in Twitter  including Twitter CTO Adam Messinger, VP of product Josh, Adam Bain it’s COO and many more.
