According to the Axios reports, Gautam Gupta, the former head of Uber’s finance, is all set to join Real Estate Startup Opendoor as its first ever Operating Office.
Last month, the news was in a highlight which claimed that “Gautam Gupta is planning to leave Uber, along with Uber’s revenue figures. Gupta left Uber in early July, a four years after working in a ride hailing company.
Since 2015, Uber has been without a chief financial officer, when Brent Callinocos left Uber and later he joined Hyperloop one.
Since May, Uber was hunting for a new CFO.
Founded in 2014, Opendoor, has raised $ 320 million in financing. With Gupta, with two other new jobs on board (former Amazon official Jason Child and Bali Raghavan), Opendooor plans to expand in additional markets, according to Axios reports.
