On Tuesday, the watch maker giant Titan Company Limited has announced that it will use IBM Watson’sCustomer Engagement solutions to serve as the foundation of its online platform, allowing the company to adapt online campaigns and to increase its customer base.
In an statement, Harriet Green, General Manager for IBM Watson Customer Engagement said “With the offering of IBM Watson Customer Engagement, IBM will not only provide Titian the capacities it needed to drive their customers, but we are also putting them on the right path, where Titan can introduce additional Watson-powered solutions that can help them to ensure its dominance for year to come in the market.”
In an effort to connect people in areas with lower internet connectivity and data availability. On Monday, IBM and The Weather Company owned by IBM Business has launched the country’s first mobile weather alert platform which will provide meteorological warning without the Internet connectivity.
Titan is committed to using the IBM technologies to attract visitors to its brand websites,as well as to reach its 1,500 retail stores and 10,000multi-brand locations across the India.
